BLUEX : Marketplace
Bluex is a platform aiming at bringing trade show's organization online. It allows the actors of an event to organize it, to communicate easily and to find detailed statistics about their actions during the preparation of the show.
Three different actors contribute to the a show's creation, the organizer, the suppliers and the exhibitors. BluEx make their work easier :
- The organizer can manage its show, make meeting rooms available and sell sponsorships.
- Suppliers can sell their products to exhibitors of various events using an online marketplace hosted on BluEx.
- Exhibitors can plan and make their purchases of products and sponsorships while controling their budget using various tools available on the platform. BluEx also allows them to book meeting rooms when needed.
The process of buying a product or reserving a room can sometimes require estimates and discussion. BluEx allow exhibitors, suppliers and organizers to discuss and exchange directly online.
